In the Firing Range map, several of them can be found in an Iron Code Safe.

On Horde Chapel in the basement, one can be purchased for $500.

In the Sandbox map, it can be found in an Iron Code Safe within a large one-floor building.

The Canted Picatinny Mount is the first rail mount attachment added to Unturned II.
