The Shadowstalker is an experimental railgun in Unturned (version 3), and it is chambered in Rails. It takes up ten slots in the inventory, and can be equipped in the primary weapon slot. By default, it spawns with the Shadowstalker Scope attached and a Rail loaded. Acceptable hook attachments and magazines must have a caliber ID of 14.
The Shadowstalker can be found very rarely at Scorpion-7 locations in Washington.

- It is one of the few entirely fictional weapons in the game.
- Railgun technology exists in the real world, but such weapons are not man-portable and are primarily limited to stationary and vehicle-mounted configurations.
- It is one of only two weapons with zero ballistic drop, the other being the Shadowstalker Mk. II.
