Unturned - Pre-Steam Veteran is downloadable content for Unturned (version 3). The DLC cannot be purchased. Instead, anyone who had used a product key to obtain early access to Unturned before its initial launch on Steam was granted this DLC. It features purely cosmetic content.

The DLC grants the owner two exclusive cosmetic items: the Gold Beret and Crimson Beret.
Trivia
- The DLC was originally named Unturned - Crimson Beret, and had only granted the Crimson Beret. The DLC was renamed and when the App ID for Unturned - Gold Beret was repurposed, and the contents of the two DLCs were combined.
