The Handcuffs Key is a releaser item in Unturned (version 3). When a player is restrained with Handcuffs, they can be freed by using the Handcuffs Key on them. This will also give the player the unlocked Handcuffs, for potential reuse.
Acquirement
Handcuffs Keys can be found at police stations.
