Zavod is a large tank factory in Russia. The railway runs through the area, and a Cargo Train may spawn anywhere along the track. Zavod primarily offers low-end military gear, and Tanks may spawn on the east side of the factory.

Construction equipment can spawn in a couple of areas, such as inside the shipping containers. There is a small crane onsite, but it cannot be entered. An office building can be found at the north end of the area, along with a parking lot. Civilian vehicles may spawn in the parking lot, while various civilian items may spawn in certain rooms of the office.

One of the tanks along the east wall has a Cursed Bone inside of it.
