Broken format

The format relies on the array parser function which is disabled (see Special:Version#Parser_function_hooks). Keeping the RGB component would require enabling the array parser function, sub parser function (from strings), or perhaps creation of a module to handle the hex to RGB conversion. Is the RGB needed? The rest of it could be tweaked to work without arrays.
