O'Leary Prison is a large prison island in PEI. Along the coast is a pair of small docks, and six watchtowers that make up the perimeter. The prison itself consists of a main cell block building with an exterior dining area on the side south, and an armory on the north side. There is an RCMP presence in the area, especially along the perimeter. Prisoner zombies can be found inside the prison itself.
RCMP loot can spawn in the watchtowers, while high-end militia loot can rarely spawn inside the prison.
