The Firewatch Base is the primary fire lookout station in Russia. Firefighter equipment can be looted from most of the buildings. A medical tent has been set up in one of the corners of the location. Medical supplies may spawn inside the tent, while Ambulances may spawn in the nearby parking spots. There is a fuel tank along the side of one of the fire stations. The same fire station has a ladder on the back wall, leading to the roof. Firetrucks may spawn inside the garages of the fire stations. Both fire stations have a room where civilian clothing may spawn.

One of the five accessible fire lookout towers is located at the Firewatch Base.
